This jacket is pretty much unremarkable, and that's my favorite thing about it. There's a couple things about it that make me want to burn it in a dumpster, but we're going to talk about that later. Most of the stuff I really like about this jacket. I'm kidding about burning it in the dumpster, by the way. I think it's a it's actually pretty good. Fabric on this jacket looks a lot like wool and acts a lot like wool, but it's actually fleece, which is just plastic. Kühl has a couple of different types of fleece they put on this. There's a thinner one on the sleeves and the underarms and thicker on the front and back. It does a good job at all the moisture wicking thing and that actually makes it a pretty good mid layer, too. So, if it's cool outside, you can pop a rain jacket on over the top and it works really well. It has a hood that I really like. It's an ergonomic fit, as you can see. It even has these little drawstring closures on it. And if my microphone weren't here, I'd zip this all the way up and sort of show you. It fits pretty well. Also, there's these cool little thumb loops in the sleeves if you're into that sort of thing. Fit is solid. I mean, I have caveman arms. They're extra long and the sleeves come down just perfectly. I'm about 6'2. This size is large. Very athletic fit down around the waist. And the only drawback from that is that whenever my shirt is untucked, it looks kind of goofy. The result is I got to tuck my shirt in whenever I'm wearing this bad boy. And that's one of two of the drawbacks. So, keep count. When it comes time to buy one of these, the value is not bad either. Right now, they're selling for about 150 bucks. And when I put the jacket on, it feels like something that's going to last for a really long time. So, at least perceived value right off the rack. I'm sold. Okay. Now, the second thing that I don't like about this jacket, and maybe it's a little weird, maybe it's just me. I'm not really sure how to put it. I have to be driving a Subaru Cross-Trek if I'm wearing this jacket. I have to be evangelizing about my REI membership to everyone that I meet. Maybe I'm being weird.
